the thamesmead grump apologises 

for the delay in this weeks' post.

Unfortunately, I am a bit tied up at the moment and my latest offering is going to be a day or two late. Sorry about that.

Service should be back to normal by Monday and will be worth the wait as usual. 

In the mean time, here is a picture of a Stonechat, taken on the Crossness Grazing Marshes this week.

  1. Just found your blog - we are in Abbey Wood. Brilliant photos, you must have an amazing camera. I recall doing about 30 photos of a flock of seagulls before I managed to capture one decent picture. Just use simple camera now - our son gave me his big bridge camera which almost broke my neck under the weight of the camera attached to strap! Cheers!

  2. Brilliant photos of birds and wildlife - nice to see some insight into more positive aspects of a Thamesmead rather than the negative way it is normally portrayed.
